MOL Group has a Salesforce connection, but it didn’t incrementally update, and when they needed to add a table, they faced the issue of rebuilding the whole thing. They quickly realized this wasn’t sustainable and they wanted a simpler solution.
MOL Group has multiple data sources but it could only bring data from its production database into Snowflake. To integrate more data sources and to get a refined picture of its customers, the development team began to engineer a couple of connectors, including Salesforce and Weather API.
Client’s legacy supply chain systems (manual & multiple service providers systems) developed inefficient processes, creating redundancy, and inconsistent reporting.
There was no real notion of data pipelines and of a centralized data warehouse to store data. They were manually pulling reports from various systems and platforms, Centralized growing ERP data.

MOL is now able to immediately evaluate data from dispersed ERP, CRM, and legacy databases and files thanks to Lyftrondata. MOL can execute data lineage, and it makes it easy to query data in ANSI SQL style from all sources and examine it immediately in Tableau dashboards.
